We guarantee to provide menus that include catering for allergens and food intolerance’s and service to suit every budget, without any hidden extras. David will be working with you from the initial quote stage to the event itself, to bring you the freshest quality foods prepared in our purpose built kitchens.

The original remit was to “earn enough through the odd catering job to cover your wages so that we could train residents to budget and cook wholesome food”

Volunteer Apprentices

Our volunteers work towards completing our industry standard qualification.  They gain a high standard of cookery skills from processes, such as roasting and frying to commodities, whilst also learning other workplace essentials like menu design.
The Diploma in is for anyone who works or wants to work as a Kitchen Assistant or a Chef in the catering and hospitality sector.  It is ideal for learners coming straight from a non educational background who wish to seek a career in this industry.  It is also ideal for those chefs in industry who would like to continue or refresh their knowledge by undertaking topics within the qualification.

Gordon started as a volunteer over 5 years ago and is now a dedicated fully trained chef. His attention to detail is second to none!  He is focused on delivery the very best each and every time.
