Nurture is led by Head Chef David. He has over thirty years in the Catering industry and has been operating Nurture for over 15 years.
A large part of his role is to help give clients skills to move them back into sustainable careers. It’s not just about catering, it’s about building confidence for people who might be down on luck.

Tina has a varied background in catering ranging from managing Nurture cafes to co-ordinating events and functions which includes weddings, BBQ’s, corporate events and fundraisers. She relishes the step-by-step process of producing a menu, cooking the food, and delivering the customers catering needs on time.
One of her most important tasks and what she takes pride in, is ensuring that each catering event is as successful as the previous one. Her role at times can be stressful, but she enjoys the hive of activity and organisation needed to produce a successful event.
Sam is Tina's able assitant she has a wealth of experience in catering working in Leeds for a number of years at various location from schools to coffee shops she has very high standards and always makes sure every buffet or catering event goes out to our exacting standards.

The majority of our trainees come from our Growing rooms project which is our drug and alcohol recovery programme.
they spend a year with us and in that time we put them through our diploma which is has 12 different online training from food hygiene level 2 to health and safety in the work place and essential work place training
